1. Control food stock and food costin his section/kitchen.

2. Cook food and prepare top-quality menuitems in a timely manner.

3. Communicateassistance needed during busy periods.

4. COMMI I are also required to ensure that all stocks are well maintained.

5. Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.

6. Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.

7. Inform Food & Beverages service staff of available items and available chef special menu.

8. Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules setby the Restaurant

9. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared

10. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.

11. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.

12. Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.

13. Responsible to maintain food logs.

14. Support the COMMI II in the daily operation and work.

15. Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.

16. To assist COMMI II in preparing food according to the requirements or recipes or standards, and the specifications for his department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
