Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and carry out basic food preparation tasks according to recipes and company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times.
  • Assist chefs in cooking and plating during service operations.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO).
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Support smooth kitchen operations by completing prep lists and daily assigned tasks.
  • Report any shortages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the CDP/DCDP.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Commis-level positions (Commis 1/2/3).
  • UAE experience is mandatory.
  • Willing to work at any Nolu’s branch in UAE.
  • Immediate joining preferred.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.
