Commi Chef (Hot Kitchen)

The Commis 2 – Hot Kitchen assists in the preparation of hot dishes and supports daily kitchen operations. This role requires basic cooking skills, discipline, and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing hot dishes as directed by senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
• Perform cutting, chopping, and mise en place duties.
• Follow recipe standards and food safety procedures.
• Assist in maintaining food stock and inventory control.
• Support senior chefs during busy service hours.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hot kitchen environment.
• Basic cooking and knife-handling skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Locally available in Qatar with NOC and immediate availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR1,800.00 per month
