Job Description – Commis
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Commis to join our kitchen team. The Commis will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and support senior chefs in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation and cooking under supervision.
• Ensure kitchen stations are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Support chefs with daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude.
