Responsibilities:

· • Oversee kitchen operations and staff

· • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and plating

· • Monitor food quality and hygiene

· • Manage stock and inventory control

· • Introduce weekly specials or seasonal dishes

Daily Duties:

· • Arrive 1 hour before opening to check prep

· • Taste test all gravies and base items before service

· • Ensure kitchen team is properly dressed and groomed

· • Monitor dish timings for dine-in and delivery

· • Submit daily wastage and stock usage report

Weekly Duties:

· • Check expiry and rotate inventory (FIFO)

· • Plan for weekend high volume orders

· • Submit procurement list to owner

Performance Metrics:

· • Consistent food taste rating (Google/Talabat feedback)

· • Low wastage

· • Timely order dispatch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
