Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook assigned dishes under the direction of the Chef de Partie
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
  • Assist in supervising Commis 2, 3, and 4
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations
  • Follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assist in stock control and minimize wastage

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts preferred
  • 2–3 years of kitchen experience
  • Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
