Job description:

  • Assist in preparation of ingredients and dishes.
  • Follow recipes and procedures accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation.
  • Support senior chefs and kitchen team with tasks and requests.
  • Assist with plating and garnishing dishes.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Learn and absorb new skills and techniques quickly.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

Education & Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years of Experience.
  • Primary School in Basic Education or Middle School in General Education.

Behavioral Skill:

  • Eagerness to Learn: Ability to learn and absorb new skills and techniques quickly.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen team to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.

Technical skills:

  • Basic knife skills and ability to prepare ingredients.
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and methods.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and ability to use them safely.
