Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
  • Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, measuring)
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas
  • Ensure proper food storage and labeling
  • Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by senior kitchen staff
