3* STAR HOTEL HIRING FOR COMMIS III:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Commis III to join our Kitchen Team. The Commis Chef, will be responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for the guests through preparation, cooking and food presentation. The Commis II must maintain high standards of health and safety, including personal hygiene.

Must adhere to all sanitation regulations and requirements and also responsible for the correct handling and preparation of all food items and equipment.

Here are the below qualifications:

• Must have a minimum Two (2) Years experience in the Hotel as Commis III.
• Must have a Diploma in Culinary or a related field is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiar with inventory systems.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality.
• Should be able to communicate, read and write clearly and effectively.
• Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff.
• Have general knowledge of cooking temperatures, making soups & sauces, preparing entrees, vegetable preparation and a lacarte cooking.
• Have general knowledge of Basic HACCP.
• Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.
• Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
