Job Summary:
Yasmine Palace is a fine-dining restaurant delivering exceptional culinary experiences. We are seeking a skilled Commis III to join our kitchen team and assist in preparing high-quality dishes while learning and growing under our senior chefs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Develop culinary skills under guidance

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary training is preferred but not required
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
