We are looking for a passionate and creative Commis Pastry to join our Restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Ensure all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Pastry Chef.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Support senior chefs in daily operations and special events.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and baking principles.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
