- Job Title: Commissioning Rotating Equipment Lead / Process Lead.
- Project: Offshore.
- Location: Qatar.
- Rotation: 35/35 days on/off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Strong background in mechanical works execution and supervision.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and in-house teams.
- Familiarity with cross-discipline project integration (engineering, construction, commissioning).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Skilled in maintenance planning (preventive, corrective, condition-based).
- Ability to manage resources, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Proven experience in project scheduling and vendor coordination.
- Competence in preparing technical reports and progress updates.
- Experience in training and developing technical personnel.
- Proficiency in English.
Tasks:
- Oversee mechanical work activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and schedules.
- Monitor compliance with safety and quality procedures at all times.
- Ensure commissioning and start-up requirements are integrated into engineering deliverables.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and vendor assignment reviews.
- Track completion, commissioning, and start-up activities, providing progress reports.
- Develop and implement job routines for the project maintenance plan.
- Assign manpower, logistics, and materials to maintenance activities.
- Direct preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance through team supervision.
- Approve work orders under the Permit to Work system and ensure mechanical isolation control.
- Coordinate vendor activities at site and manage interface with operations.
- Lead training initiatives to prepare personnel for operational and safety requirements.
