This full-time, fully-remote role is a great fit for highly detailed, organized, motivated and communicative individuals who have at least two years of experience with direct commissions experience in the Telecom indirect sales channel.

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year depending on knowledge and experience. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity. The Commissions Analyst supports the Revenue Assurance team by managing commissions data, performing detailed analyses, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely commission processing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support month-end close processes, which include processing vendor commission statements accurately and on time.

  • Audit carrier commission reports for accuracy and identify potential commission inquiries.

  • Research, update partners and resolve commission discrepancies with TSDs and suppliers.

  • Log inquiries in database and independently manage each inquiry until resolved, escalating when appropriate

  • Calculate, report, and analyze partner and sub-agent commission statements.

  • Communicate the results of monthly reconciliations to internal and external stakeholders, including leading monthly partner commission review meetings and participating in cadence calls as needed.

  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date supplier/partner commission matrix documenting commission splits by service.

  • Audit order submissions with TSD/suppliers and ensure all commission requirements are in place.

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and audits, including order tagging, pending orders, and commissioning account numbers.

  • Establish meaningful relationships across the ForgeOS partner community through consistent and reliable communication.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred, or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years in the telecom channel with direct commissions experience required
  • RPM Telco experience a plus
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including data filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
  • Subject matter expertise in tiered commission structures and complex payment configurations
Core Competencies:
  • Strong contract interpretation skills with ability to extract commission terms, payment breakdowns, and dispute timelines
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to summarize complex findings clearly for diverse audiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service orientation with proactive approach to partner needs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
