• Experience selling intangible benefits (networking, professional development, credentials)
• Knowledge of professional association value propositions and ROI articulation

Position Overview

Join UECN's dynamic team as a Membership Sales Specialist, driving membership growth and facilitating international business relationships between the UAE and China. This full-time position offers unique exposure to cross-cultural business practices and international commerce management. Reports to Assistant Secretary-General.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership acquisition through consultative selling and relationship building
• Develop and manage sales pipeline for international B2B prospects
• Articulate membership ROI and value propositions to decision-makers
• Coordinate international client meetings and membership presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with professionals across UAE-China business community
• Support member retention through engagement and relationship management
• Track sales milestones, forecasting, and membership growth metrics
• Facilitate cross-cultural communication between potential members and stakeholders
• Develop marketing materials and membership benefit presentations
