COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST - REMOTE

NATIVE ENGLISH PROFICIENCY (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN)

Occasional travel may be required for key meetings, conferences, or team events in the U. (Domestic and International: US, LATAM, ASIA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, newsletters, social media, internal communications, and marketing materials. Adapt messaging and tone for different audiences, platforms, and communication objectives while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Support the development and execution of communication strategies across all channels, including digital, social media, email, internal platforms, and print.
  • Work closely with designers, social media, A/V, and other departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, landing pages, and product launches.
  • Plan and manage content calendars to support campaigns, announcements, and ongoing communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop clear, engaging content.
  • Coordinate messaging across departments and communication touchpoints to ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate with translators to manage multilingual content and ensure consistency across languages.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and internal stakeholders, and manage content approvals, version control, and distribution.
  • Maintain communication guidelines, templates, documentation, and provide general support for communication initiatives

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Native or near-native English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in communications, content, or related roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills across multiple channels.
  • Ability to write content that is easily translatable across different languages and cultures.
  • Experience supporting or executing multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, content management systems, and social media.
  • Experience working with multilingual content or translators is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
