Job Description


Duties:

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end communications that support the business’s culture, growth ambitions, and strategic priorities across both internal and external audiences.
  • Write expertly crafted communications that are simple, clear, and tailored to the needs of employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate, plan, and deliver employee engagement activities and events (in-person and virtual), including preparation of talking points, scripts, and presentations.
  • Support external communications activity, such as drafting press releases, assisting with social media, and preparing content for external events and campaigns.
  • Create engaging content using strong storytelling across a variety of channels (e.g., email, intranet, internal social platforms, video, press releases, social media).
  • Take complex or technical information and translate it into clear, relevant, and engaging messages.
  • Advise stakeholders on effective communication approaches including channel mix, messaging, presentations, and best practice.
  • Proactively support the administration and coordination of Employee Engagement Networks, while also assisting with the organisation of external communications campaigns and media activity.

Qualifications


Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interest in communications and storytelling across both internal and external audiences
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for employees, media, and stakeholders
  • Good organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Basic understanding of communications platforms and tools (e.g., intranet, MS Teams, email platforms, social media, CMS, media monitoring tools)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite for reporting, planning, and tracking engagement

Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and brand voice
