Communications:
- Content making: Draft, edit, and publish various content, such as website updates, newsletters, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Administrative and data management: Performing data entry for sales figures, customer details, and other key metrics, plus maintaining organized and accessible sales records and filing systems.
- Internal communications: Develop and disseminate information to internal staff through memos, newsletters, and other channels to ensure internal alignment.
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies, which may include event planning and crisis communication plans.
- Brand management: Ensure all communications are consistent with the company's brand, values, and public image.
- Stakeholder relations: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, media, and community groups.
e-Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Make and execute campaigns for email, social media, and SEO that align with business goals including our network and overseas agents.
- Make and manage content: Write compelling copy, design email templates, and ensure all content is engaging and on-brand.
- Manage customer lists and engagement: Build and maintain clean email lists, segment them for targeted messaging, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Analyze and report on performance: Track key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and use this data to improve future campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing: Test different subject lines, content, and send times to optimize engagement and performance.
- Website and SEO optimization: Optimize websites and content for search engines to improve search rankings and user experience.
- Collaborate with other teams: Work with content, design, and sales teams to integrate email and digital campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- At least From 2-4 years of proven experience in online or social media sales is an advantage.
-Must have experience in the logistics field or companies.
- Good computer and social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and strong motivation to learn and grow.
