We’re Hiring | Senior Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist
Lumiere Group LLC is hiring for our Cairo Office (Nasr City) to join our growing Marketing Team.
Location: Nasr City – Cairo
Work Type: On-site | Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and other platforms.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).

- Develop performance-driven advertising strategies to generate qualified leads and maximize ROI.

- Conduct audience targeting, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve results.

- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently based on performance.

- Coordinate with the Call Center / Sales Team to track lead quality and enhance targeting.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role.

- Previous experience in the Healthcare field is preferred.

- Proven experience in Gulf markets (UAE / KSA).

- Fluent in English.
