Freezoner is a corporate services provider supporting businesses with setup, compliance, and growth solutions. We are expanding our Marketing team and looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence.

Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing Freezoner’s social media presence across key platforms while delivering measurable engagement and performance results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Freezoner’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate content aligned with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines
• Track and analyze social media performance and KPIs
• Prepare regular reports with insights and improvement recommendations
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, features, and trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Technical Skills Required

Managing and operating social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), content scheduling and coordination, social media analytics and performance tracking, reporting and data interpretation, understanding platform algorithms and trends.

Soft Skills Required

Strong communication skills, time management and task prioritization, attention to detail, analytical mindset, adaptability to platform updates, problem-solving skills, team collaboration, proactive and results-oriented attitude.
