Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all Dopamine Travels social media accounts, responding to client messages, comments, and inquiries.
• Engage with clients in a timely, friendly, and professional manner while maintaining Dopamine Travels’ brand voice.
• Qualify and categorize leads generated through social media platforms.
• Distribute qualified leads to the appropriate sales agents or travel consultants based on set criteria.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve social media campaigns and engagement strategies.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, packages, and ongoing promotions.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Experience handling social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of lead management or CRM systems is a plus.
• Passion for travel, destinations, and customer experience.
