Communications Executive

Action Global Communications, an independent communications agency spanning three continents, is looking for a result-driven, committed, and enthusiastic Communications Executive to work between our office and client’s office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The client operates in the tech industry.

Role Description:

• Act as a key link between the client and the agency, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Manage social media channels - posting, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and supporting monitoring team on building performance report.
• Support in creating and localizing social media content in both English and Arabic.
• Assist with media outreach, interview coordination, and handling press requests.
• Provide on-site support during client events - managing requests, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring flawless execution.
• Coordinate with internal agency teams to deliver client requirements on time and to the highest standard.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports.

Knowledge and Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience in a communications, PR, or marketing agency.
• At least one year experience as a communications executive in KSA.
• Experience in managing social media accounts and posting content.
• Background in handling client accounts, including event support and media interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Native or bilingual in Arabic language.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) will be considered an advantage.
• As per current visa and regulatory requirements, this position is limited to Saudi nationals.
