Globally, each year we recruit hundreds of interns to help us see things differently and solve the most complex challenges facing our clients, climate and communities.

The Opportunity

• Help develop and edit communications content.

• Participate in communications strategy and planning.

• Research and help coordinate upcoming conferences, PR opportunities, social media content, and other communications activities.

• Maintain and update communications materials and databases while supporting regular internal reporting.

• Work closely with marketing and communications teams to deliver business-aligned campaigns, both internally and externally.

• Miscellaneous duties as required.

Is this role right for you?

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher (open to all majors- marketing, engineering, architectural studies, history, psychology, sociology, etc.,).

• Strong storytelling, writing and copyediting, communication, research, and organizational skills.

• Experience with the following computer applications: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Must have strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude, with an ability to work within a team environment and with staff of different levels of experience.

• Availability to work flexible hours when required

• Candidate must be eligible to work in the US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role.

• Bilingual skills: English for speaking, writing, and reading. Spanish and/or French writing and reading skills a bonus.

• Experience or interest in the innovation, design, and construction industry preferred, knowledge of Architecture/Engineering field helpful.

• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with great attention to detail.

• Ability to find, write and tell great stories.

• Maintain an enthusiastic and collaborative approach to working with deadlines.

• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks to support the needs of the team.

Los Angeles Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Los Angeles, CA is $21.50 to $32.50 per hour. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Los Angeles, CA will differ.
