Communications Manager

The Communication Manager will be responsible for managing professional communication with clients, partners, and internal teams while ensuring smooth coordination of dispatch operations, tender processes, and auction participation. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records and compliance with procedures.

Strong Written Communication Skills

  • Ability to draft clear, precise, and professional emails to clients, vendors, and government authorities.
  • Skilled in preparing formal documents including tenders, quotations, auction submissions, and official letters with high accuracy.
  • Strong command over grammar, formatting, and structured documentation to avoid miscommunication.
  • Ability to summarize complex operational or commercial details in a concise and understandable manner.
  • Experience in maintaining professional tone while handling payment follow-ups, dispatch clarifications, and compliance-related communication.

Strong Verbal Communication Skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients, transporters, auction authorities, and internal teams.
  • Skilled in explaining dispatch schedules, tender terms, and commercial conditions accurately over phone or in meetings.
  • Effective coordination with logistics, accounts, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Strong listening skills to understand requirements, resolve queries, and prevent operational errors.
  • Professional handling of sensitive discussions, disputes, or urgent matters with composure and clarity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
