Are you a natural storyteller who thrives on connecting people and building community? We’re searching for a driven Communications Specialist to be the voice of IntouchCX for our key regions.
You won't just be creating content; you'll be shaping our culture, amplifying our brand, and connecting our global team at the local level. This role is essential for executing our communications strategy, supporting regional teams, and acting as a brand ambassador. The ideal candidate is a skilled content creator with a deep understanding of global audiences and talent for storytelling.
As a Communications Specialist, You Will…
- Internal Communications: Execute the global internal communications strategy, ensuring messaging is aligned with company goals and resonates with a diverse, international workforce.
- Communications & Content: Execute assigned internal and external communication plans, create and distribute content for different channels, and ensure all messaging is aligned with regional tones and corporate standards.
- Regional Storytelling: Collaborate with communications managers and local leaders to identify newsworthy stories and events, propose topics, and develop content that showcases our regional success.
- Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives that build and reinforce a positive company culture, encouraging employee engagement and feedback.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of communications channels (e.g., newsletters, and other internal communications platforms), report on key metrics and provide insights to leadership.
- Employer Branding and Recruitment Support: Serve as the brand champion, advising campus leaders on communications and supporting recruiting teams with copywriting for job descriptions and advertisements.
- Media Relations: Work with the Communications Managers to support local media opportunities and build relationships with key regional press contacts.
- Social Media Support: Monitor campus activities and events to identify relevant stories and propose materials that are appropriate to share on our official global social media channels.
As a Communications Specialist, You Need…
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- C1 - C2 level of English proficiency. Mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal Communications, PR, Corporate Communications, Content Marketing, or a related role.
- Experience managing and creating content for various channels (intranets, newsletters, social media, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on proofreading and storytelling.
- A proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization in different locations around the world.
- Exceptional ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced,
- dynamic environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, driven and self-motivated , strong attention to detail
- and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Experience with Wordpress, Canva, and Mailchimp platforms is a plus.
