The Specialist in Internal Communications and Content Development Specialist to support the planning and delivery of all internal communications content across the company and act as a business partner to divisions to support with the communication of their initiatives.
Requirements
Internal Communications Strategy
-
Contribute to the development of ADIC's internal communications strategy and related tactical plans to define objectives, metrics, communications tools, channels and target audience, and align to business needs

Support in monitoring the effectiveness of internal communications messages, tools and channels, and continuously identify improvements to the strategy in order to ensure that communications initiatives and activities are focused on driving results
Content Development

Develop high quality content for use across various applications including but not limited to: intranet, presentations, campaigns, templates, posts, emails, etc

The candidate must be particularly skilled in writing, with a deep understanding of other content requirements, i.e. videos/animations, presentations, etc

Support day-to-day requirements of the business / corporate functions, in line with the internal communications and engagement strategy

Support the delivery of key activities and plans in coordination with other relevant teams including employee forums, senior leadership forums, and corporate announcements
Intranet Management

Plan and perform intranet related activities in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, including the drafting and editing of content, updating information, etc. in order to ensure alignment with the overall internal communications guidelines and objectives

Lead on planning for and pushing intranet updates via our content management system
Relationship Management

Coordinate with corporate functions across ADIC in order to identify their internal communication needs and resolve their communication issues and challenges
