The Authors is a luxury holiday home management company focused on precision, hospitality excellence, and exceptional guest experience. We manage premium apartments across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah, with hotel-level standards supported by strong operational systems and clear internal communication.
We are currently seeking a Communications Team Executive who will be responsible for ensuring smooth, professional, and clear communication across all departments, guests, suppliers, and property owners.
Role Purpose
To manage, organize, and optimize internal and external communication for The Authors, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and professionalism across the organization at all times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Communication (Guesty / Airbnb / Owners App)

Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Handle booking confirmations, special requests, early check-ins, late checkouts, and escalations.

Coordinate with the operations team regarding maintenance, cleaning, deliveries, and special requests.

Ensure all responses follow The Authors’ communication tone and standards.
2. Owner Communication

Share monthly updates, reports, and statements (in coordination with the accounting team).

Handle owner inquiries including blocked dates, special requests, and urgent instructions.

Maintain proper documentation of all communication for record-keeping and transparency.
3. Internal Operations Coordination

Assign and communicate daily tasks using Asana to cleaning, maintenance, and operations teams.

Track task completion and ensure Guesty tasks are updated.

Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures with team leaders.

Report issues promptly to the Operations Manager.
4. Content Coordination and Social Media Support

Support property photoshoot planning with the media team.

Gather and organize content from operations for marketing purposes.

Write captions, descriptions, and basic content drafts for internal review.
5. Documentation and SOP Support

Maintain internal trackers related to operations, issues, bookings, and guest complaints.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and report repeated operational issues.

Keep records of all communication channels for accountability.
6. Brand Voice and Guest Experience

Ensure all communication aligns with The Authors’ brand voice: premium, respectful, and clear.

Review guest feedback and highlight areas of improvement.

Contribute to developing improved message templates and communication standards.
Salary and Growth Path

Starting salary: AED 2,000 for the first three months (training and performance phase).

After six months: potential increase to AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 based on performance.

Requirements
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Previous experience in guest communication, customer service, hospitality, or holiday-home operations.

Knowledge of Guesty and Asana is an advantage.

Fast, accurate typing and strong organizational skills.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
