Community Association Manager

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Community Association Manager with detailed working knowledge of VANTACA, our management and accounting. This is critical and determining factor in filling this position.

Our CAM's are partnered with manager's assistant in the management of your assigned association. You will play a pivotal role working directly with your board members in following and enforcing the governing documents. Consistent and non-selective enforcement is key to your success as a community manager.

Our managers are given all the tools (hardware, software, management's support) to be successful. Join us in creating vibrant communities where everyone feels at home!

What you’ll do

• Cultivate strong relationships with your board members through exceptional customer service and conflict management skills.
• Manage your assigned communities while adhering to legal requirements.
• Utilize software VANTACA for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management to maintain accurate records.

Basic qualifications

• To be considered for this position your must be a licensed Florida Community Association Manager
• Working experience with the VANTACA management platform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
