JOB TITLE

Community Coordinator | MAF LifeStyle | Operations

ROLE SUMMARY

The Community Coordinator will support the Store General Manager by coordinating and executing local marketing and community initiatives to build brand awareness and loyalty for lululemon. The role will ensure effective execution of in-store activities, supports relationships with local influencers and community partners, and help drive guest engagement.

ROLE PROFILE

• Coordinate with the Store General Manager and Brand Management team to support initiatives that build brand awareness.
• Execute community events, activations, and experiences, supporting sales and wholesale opportunities.
• Assist in coordinating events with ambassadors, influencers, and local sports teams.
• Support trunk shows and collaborations with partner studios.
• Ensure timely communication of key market updates to the Store and Brand Management Team.
• Work closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to support regional channels, online content, and community engagement campaigns.
• Liaise with and leverage relationships with key players in the local athletic communities.
• Connect with, and build relationships with mavens and influencers throughout the Community

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in business, marketing or related subject.
• 0-3 years’ in public relations, marketing, event management or retail.
• Previous experience planning or executing events.
• Strong understanding of community engagement and brand activation.
• Exposure to working with influencers, ambassadors, sports teams, or fitness studios is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
