Community Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Community Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for community members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, residents, customers, or partners.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, social media, phone, or in person.
  • Monitor and moderate online community platforms.

2. Content & Communication

  • Create and publish engaging content (newsletters, posts, updates).
  • Manage social media accounts and online forums.
  • Draft announcements, reports, and communication materials.
  • Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across platforms.

3. Events & Activities Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, webinars, or workshops.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Track attendance and engagement metrics.
  • Gather feedback and suggest improvements.

4. Community Growth & Retention

  • Support member acquisition strategies.
  • Track community KPIs (engagement rate, retention, satisfaction).
  • Identify opportunities to improve member experience.
  • Encourage participation and user-generated content.

5. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain community databases and CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on community performance.
  • Assist with onboarding new members.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • as Community Executive : 2 years (Preferred)
  • UAE : 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • M100 (Required)
