A. Industry Partnerships & Employer Engagement
1. Identify, map, and maintain relationships with gaming studios, animation houses, tech companies, and digital agencies.
2. Formalize MOUs and placement partnerships in coordination with partners and CEGA management.
3. Engage industry partners for internships, entry-level jobs, freelance assignments, and project-based work.
4. Maintain a verified database of employers and hiring partners relevant to CEGA training courses.
5. Coordinate job placement opportunities for both onsite and online trainees.
B. Trainee Readiness & Placement Preparation
6. Work with Training Managers and Consultants to assess job readiness of trainees.
7. Support trainees in preparing CVs, portfolios, demo reels, GitHub profiles, and LinkedIn presence.
8. Organize mock interviews, portfolio reviews, and career guidance sessions.
9. Identify skill gaps affecting employability and share feedback with Training Managers.
10. Support freelancing readiness including platform onboarding and client communication basics.
C. Placement Execution & Tracking
11. Match trained candidates with suitable job, internship, or freelance opportunities.
12. Coordinate interviews, tests, and onboarding processes with employers.
13. Track placement status including employment type, income level, and start dates.
14. Maintain detailed placement records for each trainee.
15. Ensure minimum placement KPIs are achieved as per CEGA targets.
D. Employer & Alumni Relations
16. Maintain regular communication with placed trainees and employers for feedback.
17. Track retention and performance of placed trainees during initial employment periods.
18. Build and maintain CEGA alumni network for referrals and opportunities.
19. Collect employer feedback on trainee performance and skill relevance.
E. Reporting, Compliance & KPIs
20. Prepare monthly and quarterly placement reports.
21. Track KPIs including employment rate, freelancing uptake, income generation, and sector distribution.
22. Submit placement reports to Program Manager and HNL as required.
23. Ensure documentation and evidence for donor reporting and audits.
24. Support impact reporting related to training outcomes.
F. Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
25. Analyze placement outcomes to improve training-to-employment alignment.
26. Recommend curriculum or skill enhancements based on market feedback.
27. Address placement-related risks and escalations.
28. Ensure ethical placement practices and equal opportunity compliance.

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
