Office Coordinator

Job Summary

Growork Coworking is looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an excellent experience to our members and visitors. This role is central to maintaining a welcoming workspace, coordinating office activities, and supporting the coworking community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the coworking space
  • Welcome members and visitors, ensuring a friendly front-desk experience
  • Handle calls, emails, inquiries, and walk-ins professionally
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and shared space usage
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Support onboarding of new members and assist with member queries
  • Coordinate community events, workshops, and internal activities
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall workspace readiness
  • Maintain records, invoices, and basic administrative documentation
  • Support management with reports and operational tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative experience
  • Previous experience in an office, coworking space, or hospitality role (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in coworking, hospitality, or community management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills
