Job Summary
Growork Coworking is looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an excellent experience to our members and visitors. This role is central to maintaining a welcoming workspace, coordinating office activities, and supporting the coworking community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the coworking space
- Welcome members and visitors, ensuring a friendly front-desk experience
- Handle calls, emails, inquiries, and walk-ins professionally
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and shared space usage
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Support onboarding of new members and assist with member queries
- Coordinate community events, workshops, and internal activities
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall workspace readiness
- Maintain records, invoices, and basic administrative documentation
- Support management with reports and operational tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative experience
- Previous experience in an office, coworking space, or hospitality role (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
