We’re seeking a dynamic Community Manager to be the voice, face, and heart of our brand — someone who builds authentic relationships, creates engaging experiences, and drives both in-person and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and grow a loyal community of guests, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Manage social media presence — engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain the brand tone.
  • Plan and execute community-driven events, collaborations, and experiences.
  • Partner with PR, marketing, and operations teams to amplify campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor trends and feedback to improve brand experience and guest engagement.
  • Handle guest relations on-site, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience.
  • Create reports on engagement metrics and suggest strategies for community growth.
  • Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, and local collaborations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in community management, marketing, or guest relations (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong social media understanding (Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with a people-first, storytelling approach.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, guest-facing environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
