We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of community operations, ensuring that our residential and mixed-use developments are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will ensure that residents receive exceptional service, while upholding governance, community engagement, service provider management, and a premium living experience that reflects our brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring all services (maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping) are delivered as per agreed SLAs.
  • Manage and monitor the community’s annual operating budget, ensuring financial efficiency and transparency.
  • Act as the main liaison between residents, facility management teams, and developer representatives.
  • Supervise service providers’ performance and enforce contract compliance.
  • Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Drive community engagement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, health, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Customer Care, Sales) on community matters, including handovers, service charges, and maintenance.
  • Prepare and present Weekly/monthly operational and financial reports to senior management.
  • Develop and enforce community rules, policies, and governance structures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in community or property management within a developer, property management company, or facilities provider.
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential or mixed-use communities.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Solid understanding of service charge budgeting and community governance.
  • High customer service orientation with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of UAE property management and community laws (RERA, ADM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Yardi, Oracle, SAP).
