Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on social media content, engaging with online communities, and supporting marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing brand presence across social platforms, and driving meaningful interactions with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual content (stories, reels, short-form videos) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Schedule and publish posts across platforms using Meta Business Suite.
  • Draft captions and assist in writing copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, DMs, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Respond to basic inquiries and escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations and content exchange.
  • Suggest creative content ideas inspired by trends, campaigns, and audience interests.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other key platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and trends.
