We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at a 266-unit multifamily community in Irving, TX, driving results through hands-on leadership, collections strength, and a focus on resident relations.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring both resident satisfaction and financial success.

Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency.

Lead, mentor, and develop your onsite team to deliver excellent service.

Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs.

Ensure compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.

Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
-
A proactive, results-driven mindset.
-
A positive, team-oriented approach.

Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
