We’re seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations, inspire the onsite team, and deliver an exceptional living experience for our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a beautiful community while making a meaningful impact on both residents and team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a multifamily Community Manager or Property Manager
• South Carolina Property Manager License required
• Strong marketing and occupancy management experience
• Experience managing lease ups and renovations preferred
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, team performance, and resident satisfaction
• Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams to achieve community goals
• Drive leasing, occupancy, and marketing strategies to maintain strong performance
• Manage rent collection, financial reporting, and budget performance
• Foster a welcoming, engaging community through resident events and communication
• Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards
