We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administration, legal procedures, 1-year minimum experience at a multi-family apartment community or with LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs with a focus on enhancing resident satisfaction and maintaining the community's overall appeal. This role requires excellent communication skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to fostering a welcoming environment for all residents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of community operations, ensuring compliance with LIHTC/RD regulations and property management standards.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Handle resident inquiries and concerns promptly, utilizing effective conflict management strategies.
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs
  • Exhibit strong phone etiquette when communicating with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Complete move in and recertification paperwork in a timely manner.

Skills

  • Experience in real estate administration and property management
  • Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
  • Excellent conflict management skills to effectively address resident issues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing files and documentation effectively.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with residents and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
