Community Manager

Triton Investments a BBB A+ accredited and 4+rated successful investment company is searching for a Community Manager that will fit into our fun culture at beautiful A+ Point of View Apartments (324 units) in Draper, Utah

Mon-Fri 8:00-4:00.

Community Manager is on-site and trained on all operations, to include the following:

Creating and maximizing income opportunities through the management of community operations such as quick turns, lease management etc.

Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures including Fair Housing

Assist in aspects of move-in and move-outs, turning over apartments

Ensures accuracy and timeliness of computer data (Entrata software).

Generates reports to Supervisors

At times conduct leasing, tours, service requests when alone in office

Collect rent striving for zero delinquencies each month

Responsible for community events, inspections etc.

Accountable for updating all advertising and social media

Other smaller duties as assigned

EDUCATION: A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business conduct are required. Knowledge of property management software and/or Spanish speaking is a plus.
