Role Summary

Drive real-time engagement and community growth across Telegram, Discord, and social platforms. Act as the voice of the brand and first line of interaction with users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate Telegram & Discord communities (24/7 via shifts)
• Respond to user queries, feedback, and complaints in real time
• Escalate technical or trading issues to Operations/Support teams
• Execute community campaigns (AMA sessions, giveaways, announcements)
• Monitor sentiment and provide daily insights reports
• Identify and engage with influencers/KOLs in crypto space
• Enforce community guidelines and prevent spam/scams

• Community growth rate
• Engagement rate (messages, reactions, participation)
• Response time

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English + Arabic (mandatory for MENA market)
• Deep understanding of crypto culture, memes, and narratives
• Experience managing Telegram/Discord communities
• Ability to handle high-pressure, real-time communication
