Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and publish engaging multimedia content — including Reels, videos, and high-quality photos
• Conduct photography and videography for property listings, events, and promotional materials
• Promote listings on real estate portals and other digital platforms to generate visibility and leads
• Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and website performance using analytics tools
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand competitive

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing role (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Skilled in content creation, video editing, and basic graphic design
• Photography and videography experience for property marketing
• Knowledge of real estate marketing portals is a plus
• Creative, proactive, and organized, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Leads generation
