Community & Marketing Coordinator
32 Hours per Week | On-Site in Wallingford, CT | Local Travel Required

Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Referral Development
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, school administrators, and community providers through visits, calls and meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Clinical Director with doctors, practitioners, school leaders, and other referral partners.
- Conduct follow-up with front desk staff regarding referrals to ensure consistent communication.
- Keep detailed notes on provider interactions to prepare the Clinical Director for upcoming meetings.
- Maintain a productive schedule of outreach activities and track daily outcomes.
- Represent the practice at community events, groups, and promotions to showcase our mission and services.
- Travel to each office location to gather social media/marketing content.
Marketing & Digital Communications
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Business Manager to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
- Manage social media platforms; create engaging, consistent content that aligns with our mission.
- Create marketing materials including flyers, presentations, advertisements, and digital assets.
- Oversee inventory of promotional items, giveaways, and branded apparel.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new outreach and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Support SEO initiatives and optimize website content.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and evaluate results.
- Lead the planning and coordination of special events and promotional efforts.
- Maintain and update the website; develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
Qualifications
- Upbeat, energetic, people-friendly personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who can plan and manage their own workday.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales preferred.
- Comfortable handling occasional rejection professionally when visiting offices.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and related tools.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, and other content management or design platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-player with high integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable and punctual; must be committed to consistent attendance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- This is an on-site position.
Hours, Compensation & Growth
- 32-hour per week position, with potential for additional hours based on performance and organizational needs.
- Pay structure based on experience.
