Community Mobilizer

Duties and responsibilities:

• Community Mobilizer (CM) will be responsible for mobilizing & Engage communities for technical and vocational education & training and create awareness of skills development in communities and societies in Assign/Target areas.
• He /She will be responsible for giving awareness session to community regarding Vocational Training
• He /She will be responsible to attract community for student application for respective institutes
• Liaise with applicants and their nominated advisers or family, to guide them through the application process.
• CM shall ensure that applicants shall have all the information they require regarding the admission process, program and institutes.
• Ensure to gather applicants data, supporting documents ensure compliance with Admission process at Institutes Level.
• Get students enrolled in each trade as per the batch capacity assigned (25 students / trade) at institute
• Arrange minimum 20 meeting per month with targeted communities.
• Establish links with community heads and notables of the respective areas.
• Establish links with schools, colleges and institutes.
• Provide support in establishing working collaboration with local NGOs and welfare societies.
• Provide support in establishing working collaboration with private schools and institutes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
