Your Role

Near North Health is searching for someone who is passionate about getting out into the community to improve health outcomes. The Community Outreach Manager will develop innovative engagement strategies and hit the streets to make meaningful connections with residents, community leaders and organizational partners, promoting Near North Health as the community health center of choice. This is a highly visible, field-based role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Compensation

Compensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.
