Community Program Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a Community Program Coordinator to oversee and manage daily program operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, community engagement experience, and the ability to coordinate between stakeholders, volunteers, and internal teams. The Community Program Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth program delivery and maintaining Manigram Bishram Batika LLC’s reputation for excellence in community services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate community programs, events, and outreach activities.
• Liaise with community members, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, participants, and outcomes.
• Support fundraising, sponsorship, and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare reports on program performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing workshops, awareness campaigns, and cultural events.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s community service regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, community engagement, or nonprofit management.
• Strong knowledge of community development practices and program management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and program management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
