Community School Site Leader

JOB ID: 4597 – Community School Site Leader – Part-time position beginning 9/22/2025.

Location: Spring Creek

Scheduled hours/days: Up to 20 hours/week during the school year with summer hours possible. Must be available 2-5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of out-of-school time programming. Experience working with children. Experience supervising staff. Bilingual Spanish/English. Bachelor's Degree.

Pay Rate/Range: $24.05/hr. - $27.40/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provides general daily oversight of the program site for staff and students.
• Actively participates in the implementation of the daily program curriculum and activities.
• Provides direct supervision of the students in the program.
• Regularly meets with Youth Development Coordinator and other team members.
• Assists in data tracking and reporting.
• Collaborates with a variety of community organizations to deliver programming.
• Promotes Community School to school staff, families, aand wider community
