Direct vehicular traffic around arrival and departure roadways with precision and care.

Enforce parking regulations to maximize safety and accessibility for travelers.

Maintain a high-visibility presence at terminal entrances to deter violations and offer friendly assistance.

Deliver top-tier customer service—answer questions, provide directions, and support guests facing travel stress.

This position is full-time and is eligible for MAC's robust benefit package. MSP Airport is a 24/7 operation, and this position may be scheduled to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Currently CSO's work 4 days per week with 10-hour shifts. Current shift times are:
5:30 am - 3:30 pm
3:00 pm - 1:00 am
- A night shift may be added in the future if needed and can be staffed adequately.
