As a Community Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our residential communities by ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all tenants. You will be the go-to person for handling inquiries, resolving day-to-day issues, and acting as the link between residents and internal departments.
This role sits within the team responsible for managing our communities, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and delivering high-quality service across all touchpoints.
Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
Resident Support & Communication:

Serve as the first point of contact for residents regarding questions, complaints, or service requests.

Provide timely, clear, and courteous assistance through various channels (phone, email, in person).

Communicate community procedures, updates, and policies in a professional manner.
Case Handling & Follow-up:

Open and manage service requests in coordination with other departments (e.g., maintenance, security, TA).

Ensure issues are tracked, followed up, and resolved within the expected timeframes.

Keep accurate logs of client interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with leasing, legal, technical affairs, and finance teams to support tenant-related needs.

Assist in onboarding new tenants and managing their transition into the community.

Support the execution of internal service initiatives or engagement activities.
Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor service KPIs and identify patterns in resident feedback.

Suggest improvements to enhance service delivery and tenant satisfaction.

Support audits and documentation processes when required.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes
:

Bachelor’s degree.

0–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or property management systems is a plus.
