Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Company Business Set-Up Consultant to support the day-to-day operational activities of our company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in local and international business setups, including free zone, mainland, and offshore jurisdictions, and a solid understanding of UAE government processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Support: Assist with the end-to-end onboarding of clients, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Business Setup: Support the preparation and submission of applications for company formation (mainland, free zone, and offshore) in compliance with UAE and international regulations.
- Visa & Licensing Support: Coordinate with relevant authorities for visa applications, license renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Documentation & Filing: Prepare, review, and organize legal and business documents for clients and internal records.
- PRO Coordination: Liaise with internal or external PROs and government entities (e.g., DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zones) for approvals and document processing.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvements in operational procedures to increase efficiency.
- Client Communication: Maintain professional communication with clients, updating them on progress, and handling inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in operations or administrative roles within the business setup, consultancy, or corporate services sector.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE company formation processes (mainland, free zone, and offshore), visa processing, and document clearance.
- PRO Skills: Hands-on experience coordinating or assisting with PRO functions is a strong advantage.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
