Company Law Executive

To execute statutory compliances with respect to Company Law and other Corporate Laws, on behalf of our clients, including filing of forms with the MCA Portal (V3), preparation of annual returns, XBRL returns, resolutions, minutes, registers etc.

Help the seniors in preparation of various regulatory applications for registration with SEBI, IRDA and RBI.

Miscellaneous legal research, and assistance in preparation of legal documents for submission ot ROC, RD, NCLT etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• CA or CS firm: 1 year (Required)
• ROC form filing, documentation: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

Location:

• Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
