Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, MCA, RBI, and other applicable regulatory authorities.

2. Minutes and Records: Maintain and update minutes, statutory registers, and records.

3. Filings and Submissions: Handle various compliances and filings with regulatory authorities.

4. Regulatory Updates: Monitor and implement changes in regulatory or statutory guidelines.

5. Corporate Events: Assist management and senior officers in handling corporate events.

6. Legal Matters: Assist senior officers in handling various legal matters.

7. Document Drafting: Draft and vet agreements and legal documents.

8. Coordination: Liaise with RTA, depositories, stock exchanges, law firms, and other stakeholders.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Maintenance and updating Sof minutes, statutory registers, and records.

- Various compliances and filings pursuant to SEBI regulations, MCA, RBI, and other applicable regulatory authorities.

- Ensuring applicability of any changes in regulatory or statutory guidelines.

- Providing assistance to management and senior officers in handling corporate events.

- Providing assistance to senior officers in handling various legal matters.

- Drafting and vetting of various agreements and legal documents.

- Coordination with RTA, depositories, officials of stock exchanges, law firms, etc.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

2. Knowledge of corporate laws and regulations

3. Experience in handling statutory compliances and filings

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
